A cross that we use during our liturgical processions needed repair. The body of Christ had come undone from its holding plate. One person at the church had gotten someone else to try to fix it but it didn't hold. We brought it to Goldfathers and Rodrigo most kindly fixed it on the spot for us for free, and it is holding up great. A very blessed experience. Thank you so much!

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to bring my main stone wedding ring over for repair. My main stone fell off, but I luckily found it. Rodrigo said the problem was that four prongs was not sufficient for the size of my stone. He recommended adding two and additional prongs to reinforced the stone to prevent this from happening, and possibly losing my stone for good. I was very happy with the service and the outcome. The ring was repaired the same day. Now, six prongs hold my ring stone securely, without compromising beauty. The workmanship was nothing less then superb. Thank you Rodrigo, the lord bless!

I gave Rodrigo a call about two watches I needed inspected, and he was able to see me right away. When I arrived, he was incredibly helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect both watches and walked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. The clamp came off a special necklace from my sister. Reached out to Gold Fathers and they helped immediately. Brought the necklace in and was fixed very quickly! Relieved, I didn’t have to throw away the necklace! Will be returning for other jewelry repairs/needs!

I brought in my West End Swiss quartz watch for a battery replacement. The case back is not a standard design — it’s a tight press-fit snap-back with no notches, and several other places (including mall jewelers) couldn’t open it. This shop had the right tools and the expertise to carefully open the watch without damaging it. They replaced the battery right there on the spot while I waited. I was very happy with the service! A big thank you to Rodrigo and Danny — both gentlemen were a pleasure to talk to, very friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great environment and professional work.
